The Family Room is light and bright and fully furnished with two large sofas and a comfortable single armchair, 35 inch TV with cable, DVD and VCR player. The room has direct access to the pool, spa and deck area through two patio doors. The largest sofa quickly converts to a double bed when required, to accommodate the extended party of up to twelve persons.
EllaVista has a formal dining area with attractive yet comfortable dining table and chairs. The dining area has a large window overlooking the front of the villa providing a bright and well-lit environment.
The kitchen and breakfast area is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, gas oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc. There is also plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking and BBQ utensils to complement the park style BBQ located alongside the deck area.
The breakfast area overlooks the pool and deck accessed by the patio door. Located next to the kitchen area it is conveniently placed to provide an additional dining area for any occasion.

The deck area by the pool provides a convenient extension to EllaVista’s living spaces with comfortable seating and sun recliners to match the needs of the largest party. There are two dining tables on the deck and with shade at all times of the day it makes the ideal location for most dining occasions. The bug screen completely encloses the deck and pool area for added comfort and Florida screen provides additional privacy. The entire area is screened from other villa’s in the area for comfort and added peace of mind. A Park-style BBQ is also provided (just outside the screen) for al fresco dining. The large garden and lush St Augustine grass helps to complete the feeling of space afforded by EllaVista.
EllaVista is a child-friendly environment with a child's high chair for dining and baby cot available, more can be arranged with our local agent if required.
