Main rental

Indicative٭ rental charges are:

٭ Charges will be confirmed upon your booking enquiry.

State lodging tax of 12% applies in addition to all rates.

Although the rates are quoted in US dollars, payment can be made in Euros or Sterling currencies subject to exchange rates.  Check out current live rates using the handy XE.com Personal Currency Assistant tool.

A reservation crossing over different seasons will be pro-rated by night.

Sorry - although children of all ages are welcome pets are not allowed in EllaVista.

These charges cover all linen/towels, spa heating, 8Mb broadband connection and local telephone calls.

Additional charges

Pool heating (if required) is charged at $40 a day with a 3-day minimum charge.

Reservations for less than 5 nights will incur an additional cleaning fee of $83.

Mid-stay cleaning services can be provided at an additional charge.  Price can be provided on application.

Deposits and payment schedule

A refundable security deposit of $200 is required at the time a reservation is confirmed.  This will be refunded once our agent has inspected the villa and determined there is no damage or loss to be paid for.

The full rental payment is required 8 weeks prior to start of rental in addition to the security deposit.

EllaVista is available on a first-come first-served basis and must be confirmed with a deposit.
